尽管大家对于知识产权权利的保护的必要性和重要意义已经形成共识,但是,对于权利保护的侧重点或者说倾向性问题还存在着异议。本文试从理论上探究利益保护平衡性的依据。
Although consensus has been reached on the necessity and importance of the protection of intellectual property rights, there is still opposition to the emphasis or the tendency of the protection of rights. This article tries to explore the basis for the balance of interests protection theoretically.
