将磷酸铝与氨在800℃下反应,可制备不同氮含量的高比表面固体碱催化剂氮化磷酸铝,高温和高氨流量有利于得到高氮含量的样品,但高温导致磷的部分损失。FT-IR和XPS研究表明,氮化过程中有P—NH2基团和P—NH—Al基团生成,前者较后者易于生成,但随着氮含量的增加后者所占比例增加。化学分析表明,氮在样品中的分布是近似均匀的。TG-DTA和流动微反表明,在高温下氧或水会与氮化磷酸铝反应导致氮的损失
The high specific surface solid base catalyst with different nitrogen contents can be prepared by the reaction of aluminum phosphate with ammonia at 800 ℃. The high temperature and high ammonia flow rate are favorable for obtaining samples with high nitrogen content. However, the high temperature leads to the partial loss of phosphorus. The results of FT-IR and XPS indicated that P-NH2 group and P-NH-Al group were formed in the nitriding process. The former was easier to be formed than the latter, but the latter proportion increased with the increase of nitrogen content. Chemical analysis shows that the distribution of nitrogen in the sample is approximately uniform. TG-DTA and flow micro-reversal show that at high temperatures oxygen or water will react with the aluminum nitride phosphate resulting in a loss of nitrogen
