在大载重航模验证机研制过程中,发现其结构在动载荷作用下易发生疲劳破坏。本文提出一种大载重验证机设计方案,采用网状复合材料作为主承力结构,以同时满足载重、结构寿命和飞行性能要求首先,综合利用空气动力学、结构强度和飞机设计等知识进行大载重验证机总体设计,确定验证机外形和结构布局,并基于AUTOCAD和CATIA软件给出验证机外形和结构尺寸。然后利用有限元分析软件进行复合材料结构设计,确定合理的铺层方式。
During the research and development of large-scale aerial model verification machine, it is found that the structure is prone to fatigue failure under the action of dynamic load. In this paper, we propose a design scheme of large load verifying machine that uses mesh composite material as the main load-bearing structure to meet the requirements of load, structure life and flight performance at the same time. First of all, using the knowledge of aerodynamics, structural strength and aircraft design, The overall design of load-bearing certification machine confirms the appearance and structure of the verification machine, and gives the appearance and structure of the verification machine based on AUTOCAD and CATIA software. Then use the finite element analysis software to design the structure of the composite material to determine the reasonable way of laying.
