CMOS 二进制比例乘法器是一种很有用的中规模集成电路,它能用于数字控制、仪表、数字滤波、频率合成等方面。它与有关电路(如可逆计数器及门电路等)联用,能进行加、减、乘、除等算术运算,求乘方、开方,解代数及微分方程,积分以及进行模/数或数/模转换等。本文简要叙述CC4089(与CD4089产品对应)二进制比例乘法器的基本原理,并介绍其基本应用实例。
