结合河南省干线公路建设,利用低温陶瓷胶凝材料固化砂土作为半刚性路面基层,系统研究了路用典型砂土低温陶瓷的固化机理,开发了用工业废物为原材料制备低温陶瓷固化剂,并开展了固化剂的室内试验和现场试验。试验结果表明,采用低温陶瓷固化剂固化粉砂土铺筑的基层,其强度、刚度、耐久性等路用性能可达到技术规范标准。
Combined with the construction of the main highway in Henan Province, the curing mechanism of typical sand and low temperature ceramics for roads was systematically studied by using the low temperature ceramic cementitious material as the base of semi-rigid pavement. Low temperature ceramic curing agent was developed by using industrial waste as raw material Conducted in-house curing agent and field experiments. The test results show that the base layer with low temperature ceramic curing agent solidified silt sand pavement, the strength, stiffness, durability and other road performance can reach the technical specifications.
