姚宏科,男,生于1970年8月20日,汉族,陕西凤翔人,中共党员,本科学历。1991年毕业于宝鸡师范学院,先后在凤翔县虢王中学、凤翔县人民检察院、宝鸡市人民检察院工作。现任市委政法委,法律政策研究科科长,并担任陕西省法学会理事、陕西省刑事法学研究会理事。从事政法工作以来,潜心法学理论研究,深入开展政法实务调研,具备了较强的调研写作能力,累计在省级以上报刊发表理论文章三百余篇,其中《法制日报》《检察日报》《人民检察》《检察实践》《中国检察论坛》《检察研究参考》《人民
Yao Hongke, male, born on August 20, 1970, Han nationality, Shaanxi Fengxiang people, CPC member, bachelor degree. He graduated from Baoji Teachers College in 1991 and worked in Fengwang County Wangwang Middle School, Fengxiang County People’s Procuratorate and Baoji People’s Procuratorate successively. Current Municipal Politics and Law Committee, Law and Policy Research Section, and served as Shaanxi Provincial Association of Law, Shaanxi Province Criminal Law Research Association.
