你一天的大部分时间里都很迟钝并昏昏欲睡吗?在当天,你发现你自己打呵欠,想躺下,或者难以集中注意力吗?我们都会有时感觉累,有很多因素会导致疲倦。一个因素可能是潜在的病理条件如贫血症、甲状腺机能亢进或心脏问题。与心理问题如焦虑和抑郁作斗争也可能导致疲倦的感觉。药物的副作用则是另一个影响因素。但是有时我们白天梦游,仅仅是因为我们吃的东西。吃太多会导致肥胖,这会显著影响我们的能量水平和疲倦的感觉。但是,即使在不超重时,我们吃的也能让我们处于迟钝和疲倦的状态。

We all feel tired sometimes, and there are many things that can cause tiredness . One factor may be underlying pathological conditions such as anemia, hyperthyroidism or heart problems. Fighting psychological problems such as anxiety and depression can also lead to feelings of tiredness. Drug side effects are another factor. But sometimes we sleep during the day, just because of what we eat. Eating too much can cause obesity, which can significantly affect our energy levels and the feeling of tiredness. However, even when not overweight, we eat can make us in a dull and tired state.
