第一章 总则 第一条 广州钢铁企业集团有限公司科学技术协会(以下简称广钢科协)是广钢企业集团科技工作者的群众组织,是广钢企业集团有限公司党委直接领导下的人民团体之一,是党委和行政联系科技工作者的桥梁和纽带,是广钢企业集团发展科学技术事业的重要力量。广钢科协是中国科协的基层组织,同时接受中国科协和省、市科协的领导。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 The Guangzhou Iron and Steel Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. Science and Technology Association (hereinafter referred to as the Guangzhou Iron and Steel Association) is a mass organization of scientific and technological workers of the Steel Group, a group of people’s organizations under the direct leadership of the party committee of the Guangzhou Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. One of them is the bridge and link between the Party committee and the administrative science and technology workers and an important force for the development of the scientific and technological undertaking of the Guangzhou Steel Group. Guangzhou Iron and Steel Association is the grass-roots organizations of China Association for science and technology, while accepting the China Association for science and technology and provincial and municipal science and technology leadership.
