本文论证了企业文化建设和思想政治工作的区别和共同点,提出在企业文化建设中创新思想政治工作要通过两者的相互影响、相互渗透、相互促进、彼此互补,达到共同发展。 This article demonstrates the differences and commonalities between corporate culture construction and ideological and political work. It is proposed that the innovation of ideological and political work in the construction of corporate culture should be based on mutual influence, mutual penetration and mutual promotion, complement each other and achieve common development.
