今年以来,我国经济社会发展经受了近几年最为严峻的重大挑战和考验。面对国际经济环境的重大变化和严重自然灾害带来的冲击,党中央、国务院沉着应对,果断决策,坚持一手抓抗灾救灾,一手抓经济社会发展,国民经济保持了平稳较快发展的良好势头。上半年国内生产总值增长10.4%,成绩确实来之不易。国民经济继续朝着宏观调控的预期方向发展,国际经济不利因素和严重自然灾害没有改变我国经济发展的基本面。这说明,中央的方针政策和部署是正确的、及时的,宏观调控是有成效的,也说明我国经济发展具有强劲的内在动力和活力。同时,我们也清醒地看到,经济运行也还存在一些突出的问题。主要是物价总水平持续上涨,控制通胀难度加大;“三农”
