本文根据定床和动床模型试验结果，并参照有关历史文献，比选东西水道，提出了外航道的最佳治理方案；工程实施后，取得良好的效益。
Based on the results of fixed-bed and movable-bed model tests and referring to the historical documents and comparison of East-West watercourse, this paper proposes the best management plan for the outer waterway. After the project is implemented, good results are obtained.
