基于创新驱动发展战略,提出创新型企业持续创新过程战略风险决策的重要意义,从战略风险发现与识别、决策方法选取、对策决策以及实施决策四个阶段构建创新型企业战略风险决策模型,并构建了基于灰色关联法的战略风险发现与识别模型、基于属性测度法的战略风险评价及决策模型。基于构建的模型,以昆明机床有限公司为例对其进行战略风险的识别、评价及决策的应用,并提出相应的决策方案及政策建议。
Based on innovation-driven development strategy, this paper proposes the importance of strategic risk decision-making in the process of continuous innovation of innovative enterprises. It constructs an innovative strategic risk decision-making model based on four stages of strategic risk discovery and identification, selection of decision-making method, decision-making strategy and implementation decision-making The model of strategic risk discovery and recognition based on gray relational method and the strategic risk assessment and decision model based on attribute measure method. Based on the constructed model, taking Kunming Machine Tool Co., Ltd. as an example, it identifies and evaluates the strategic risk and makes application of decision-making, and puts forward the corresponding decision-making plan and policy suggestions.
