“一主三化”战略,即州域经济以民营经济为主体,大力推进工业化、产业化、城镇化。这是恩施州委、州政府从本州实际出发提出的贯彻党的十六大精神、全面建设小康社会的重大举措。本文阐述了“一主三化”战略提出的理论政策背景,全面分析了此项战略实施的现实基础和客观必然性,并研究提出了加快战略发展进程的对策措施。
“One main three chemical ” strategy, that is, the state economy takes the private economy as the main body and vigorously promotes industrialization, industrialization and urbanization. This is Enshi Prefecture, the state government proceeding from the reality of the state put forward the implementation of the spirit of the party’s 16th CPC National Congress, building a moderately prosperous society in all major measures. This paper elaborates the theoretical and policy background of the “one main, three and three” strategy, analyzes the reality and objective necessity of the strategy comprehensively, and puts forward countermeasures to speed up the strategic development.
