研究了双乙醛草酰二肼与铜的显色反应,建立了分光光度法直接测定铜的新方法。试验结果表明,在pH8.0~10.0范围内,Cu2+与双乙醛草酰二肼形成稳定的紫红色配合物。该配合物在波长540nm处有一最大吸收峰,其表观摩尔吸光系数为2.4×104,铜量在0~12μg/50ml范围内符合比尔定律。干扰离子试验,相对误差仅2%。方法简便、快速,可用于生物材料、食品、毛发、饲料、水样等痕量铜的测定。
The color reaction of diacetaldehyde oxalic dihydrazide with copper was studied. A new method for the direct determination of copper by spectrophotometry was established. The experimental results show that Cu2 + forms a stable purple complex with diacetaldehyde oxalic hydrazide in the range of pH 8.0 ~ 10.0. The complex has a maximum absorption peak at a wavelength of 540 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.4 × 10 4. Beer ’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 12 μg / 50 ml of copper. Interference ion test, the relative error of only 2%. The method is simple, rapid and can be used for the determination of trace copper in biological materials, foodstuffs, hair, feedstuffs and water samples.
