小学作为我们第一个走进的集体,第一个受教育的地方,对我们一生所起重要作用无可厚非,作为一名小学教师,我们在承担教学任务的同时,更应该做好育人工作,对学生进行思想道德、行为习惯、学习策略、情感态度的培养,在我们对学生的启蒙教育阶段,在学生形成人生观价值观的过程中,一定要把德育工作放在首位,并且方方面面、时时刻刻的贯穿在每一个孩子成长的过程中。让德育工作无时不在、无处不在。让我们的孩子迈好人生第一步,让未来的社会多一份安定和谐。
