本文针对新型流线型座椅与人体生态曲线不符合的靠背曲线及排距过密造成的不舒适,基于人机工程学选取坐姿与座椅曲面匹配度和体压分布作为静态舒适度评价指标,通过有限元分析和最小二乘法建立了舒适度综合评价模型得到靠背和坐垫最优曲面,考虑到后座乘客腿部伸展空间结合膝部包络图引入背板曲面优化模型,最终使用Solid Works软件三维仿真给出了对三个曲面优化设计后的最佳座椅图。
In this paper, aiming at the inconvenience caused by the curve of backrest which is not fit for the new streamlined seat and the human body ecological curve and the discomfort caused by the excessive row spacing, the matching of sitting posture, seat surface and body pressure distribution is selected as the evaluation index of static comfort by ergonomics, Finite element analysis and least square method to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of comfort to get the optimal curved surface of the backrest and cushion, taking into account the passenger compartment of the rear leg stretching space combined with the knee envelop map into the backplane surface optimization model, the final use of Solid Works software three-dimensional The simulation gives the best seat map after optimizing the design of the three surfaces.
