目的观察成虫期冷藏对丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂寿命和繁殖能力的影响。方法考察羽化后不同时间的丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂在15℃冷藏不同时间后的寿命、寄生和繁殖能力。结果成虫期冷藏可延长丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂的成虫寿命,但随冷藏时间的延长,丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂的寄生能力和产卵能力均受到不同程度的负面影响,当冷藏时间不超过12d时,丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂的寄生和产卵能力均不受显著影响,而超过12d后,其产卵和寄生能力均呈线性下降趋势;冷藏前至冷藏后24d,雌蜂对棕尾别麻蝇蛹的寄生率由85%下降至35%,蝇蛹的平均出蜂数由33头/蛹下降至6头/蛹,而后代的雌蜂比和体长均不受影响。结论成虫期冷藏可延长丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂的寿命,但影响其繁殖能力。
Objective To observe the effect of adult chilling on the longevity and reproductive capacity of female Apis cerana cerana in cold storage. Methods The lifespan, parasitism and reproductive capacity of female Apis cerana pockens at different temperatures after being refrigerated at different times after emergence were investigated. Results During the adult stage, chilling could prolong the adult longevity of the queen bee, but with the extension of chilling time, the parasite ability and spawning ability of the queen bee queenfly were negatively affected to varying degrees. When chilled Parasitism and spawning ability of female Apis cerana cerana were not significantly affected by the time of 12 days, while the spawning and parasitism abilities decreased linearly after more than 12 days. Before refrigerating until 24 d after chilling, The parasitism rate of female bees on mandarin pupae decreased from 85% to 35%. The average number of puffs from pupae decreased from 33 to 6 pupae per pups, while the female wasps and body length of offspring were not affected influences. Conclusion Adult stage chilling can prolong the lifespan of female queen bee, but affect the reproductive capacity.
