加强高等学校学生思想政治教育,建立以党员为核心的学生骨干队伍,是高校党建的战略任务。高校的各级党组织责无旁贷。我国普通高等学校每年有六十余万大学生走上工作岗位。这些人是我国经济建设的专门人才和社会主义事业的接班人。大学生中的绝大多数人毕业后五到十年就会成为各个部门和单位的骨干,有些人还将走上党政企事业单位的领导岗位。所以,高等学校培养出什么样的人才,直接关系到国家干部队伍、科技队伍的基本素质,关系社会主义事业
Strengthening the ideological and political education of college students and setting up the backbone cadre of students with the core of the party members are the strategic tasks for the party building in colleges and universities. Party organizations at all levels in colleges and universities should not let down. Every year, more than 600,000 college students in ordinary colleges and universities in our country take their jobs. These are the specialists in China’s economic construction and successors to the cause of socialism. The vast majority of college students will become the backbone of all departments and units five to ten years after graduation, and some of them will also take the leadership positions of the party, government, and government institutions. Therefore, what kinds of talents are cultivated by colleges and universities is directly related to the basic qualities of the ranks of state cadres and scientific and technological personnel and their relations with the cause of socialism
