我厂生产的12 V 240柴油机活塞头燃烧室的形状为浅W形。原工艺燃烧室的粗加工,采用通用车床手工赶刀的方法加工,精加工用成形车刀来保证。工人操作技术要求高,劳动强度大,成形刀切削性能差、刃磨困难,加工光洁度和精度达不到设计要求,需要经过抛光机抛光。而抛光后的燃烧室,其容积和形状的误差变化较大,影响柴油机的燃烧性能。为了解决这一生产技术关键,我们在C720K—200毫米一次行程半自动仿形车床上加装了立轴变速箱,使卧式轴线仿形车床能进行立式端面仿形加工。只用了半年左右的时
