科技创新是产业升级和结构调整的关键,科技金融则是科技创新的强大支撑和推动力,但我国金融对科技发展的支持力度还十分有限,科技金融在投融资体系、服务体系和配套保障等方面存在明显短板。应抓住《国家创新驱动发展战略纲要》发布的政策机遇,顺应推进金融深化改革和多渠道增加创新投入的发展要求,加快补齐科技金融发展短板。目前,金融在支持科技创新方面存在的主要问题有:
