继去年在深圳召开企业文化建设研讨会之后,中国职工思想政治工作研究会又于今年十月中旬在北京召开了第二次研讨会。北京松下公司、蓝岛大厦、宝钢、二汽、玉溪卷烟厂、潞安矿务局等46家企业,以及北京市政研会、上海市工业党委、四川省工交财贸政治部、深圳市委宣传部等单位的代表参加了会议;一些在企业文化方面较有研究的专家、学者应邀出席并作发言;全国政研会和北京市委、中国企业文化研究会有关领导同志先后到研讨会上讲话。 与会同志印象至深、也是本次研讨会取得的一项重要成果,就是进一步明晰了企业文化在我国兴起的动因,看到了一种必然的趋势,从而对企业文化抱定积极扶植的热情态度。
Following the seminar on corporate culture building held in Shenzhen last year, the seminar on ideological and political work for Chinese workers held a second seminar in Beijing in mid-October this year. 46 companies including Matsushita, Beijing Matsushita Building, Blue Island Building, Baosteel, Erqi, Yuxi Cigarette Factory and Luan Mining Bureau, as well as Beijing Municipal Research Council, Shanghai Industrial Party Committee, Sichuan Trade and Industry Department, Shenzhen Propaganda Department Representatives of other units attended the conference. Some experts and scholars with more studies in corporate culture were invited to attend and make speeches. The leaders of the National Political Consultative Conference and the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and China Enterprise Culture Research Association addressed the seminar one after another. The attending comrades, who were deeply impressed, also made an important achievement in this seminar, which is to further clarify the motivations for the rise of corporate culture in our country, saw an inevitable trend and cling to a positive attitude toward corporate culture.
