铸物芯撑是铸造生产中的主要消耗材料之一。为了改善其与铸件金属的熔接性能,原来对芯撑采用镀锡防锈法。但是,由于我国锡的产量逐年下降,使产需矛盾日益尖锐化了。采用新的钝化防锈法(防锈剂为4~6%K_2Cr_2O_7或5~7%NaNO_2的水溶液)代替镀锡防锈法,不但防锈效果好。还进一步改善了芯撑与铸件金属的熔接性能,获得了显著的经济效益。
Cast core support is one of the major consumable materials used in foundry production. In order to improve the welding properties of the metal with the casting, the original tin-plated anti-rust core method. However, due to the declining output of tin in our country, the contradiction between production and demand has been sharpening day by day. A new passivation anti-rust method (anti-rust agent is 4 ~ 6% K_2Cr_2O_7 or 5 ~ 7% NaNO_2 aqueous solution) instead of tin anti-corrosion method, not only anti-rust effect. But also further improves the welding performance of the core support and the casting metal, and obtains significant economic benefits.
