经济的发展,社会的进步,“人”这个主体也不断被发现,人力资本这个要素也正是在这个过程中被挖掘出来。从农业时代、工业时代到服务经济时代,人力资本的重要性日益增加,人们对人力资本的认识也不断深化,人力资本自身的要素和内涵也日益丰富。在不同的发展阶段下,人力资本要素也发生着转变,呈现不同的表现形式和核心要素。农业社会中,人的体力成为关键的要素;智力则是现代工业社会的核心要素;进入服务经济时代,不仅仅是智力,以情绪、努力、态度等为代表的个体心力要素成为了这个时代重要的人力资本要素,其对于经济发展的重要性日益显现。
