近年来一些大型水轮发电机组相继问世,例如:乌江渡、葛洲坝、白山水电厂的发电机组,这些机组由于单机容量大,转速低等特点,机组转动部份重量重,再加上水推力,推力轴承负荷高达2000~4000吨,这给推力轴承设计、制造和安装带来一系列问题,尽管在设计中采取了一些相应措施,然而机组在试运行阶段都曾发生烧瓦事故,这不仅给安装增加了许多处理工作量,更严重的是拖延了发电时间,影响了供电计划。本文主要对国内近年来投产的大型水轮发电机组推力轴承在设计、制造和安装过程中的问题谈一些看法,供有关人员参考。
