江南历史文化名城镇江,是我国26个工业产值超百亿元的大中城市之一,也是苏南乡镇工业的发祥地之一。然而,最近以来,乡镇工业遇到了前所未有的困难,有800多家乡村企业关闭,1600多家处于半停产状态。针对这一情况,作者通过深入细致的调查研究,对造成上述困境的原因进行了剖析,并提出了促使乡镇企业健康、稳定发展的若干建议,供各级领导和广大从事乡镇工业的同志参考。
The famous historic and cultural city of Jiangnan in Zhenjiang is one of 26 large and medium-sized cities in China with an industrial output value of over 10 billion yuan. It is also one of the birthplaces of the township industry in southern Jiangsu. However, in the recent past, township and village industries have encountered unprecedented difficulties with more than 800 rural enterprises closed and over 1,600 in a semi-closed state. In response to this situation, the author analyzed the causes of the above dilemma through thorough investigation and research, and put forward some suggestions to promote the healthy and steady development of township and village enterprises for the reference of leaders at all levels and the general comrades engaged in township industry.
