目的分析心脏超声诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭的意义。方法常规组:为正常体检人员。观察组:为高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者。均对患者进行心脏超声诊断。结果两组患者的左室舒张末期内径、左房内径和左室射血分数、舒张早期峰值和晚期峰值的流速值指标以及观察组心功能不同级别相对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用心脏超声诊断高血压左室肥厚伴有左心力衰竭能评估患者的病情严重程度,区分心功能分级情况,可以为临床医师提供治疗依据,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the significance of echocardiography in diagnosing left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular failure in hypertensive patients. Method group: for the normal physical examination staff. Observation group: hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure. All patients underwent echocardiographic diagnosis. Results The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left atrium diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction, early diastolic and late diastolic flow velocity index and the different levels of cardiac function in the observation group were significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05 ). Conclusions The diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy with left ventricular hypertrophy by left ventricular hypertrophy can be used to evaluate the severity of the disease and to distinguish the classification of cardiac function. It can provide clinicians with the basis for treatment and improve the clinical effect.
