各供水企业都拥有一个庞大的水表体系。随着水资源短缺以及供水企业对提高效益、节能减排的重视,供水产销差问题逐渐受到关注。为促进水表管理的规范化、精细化和制度化,有效降低产销差,顺德供水采用了分区块的模式对五个镇街约32万个水表实行了系统管理,模式分为两类,即区域流量计区块管理模式和居民水表区块管理模式,用以实现压力管理、产销差控制、完善水表档案等。
Each water supply company has a huge water meter system. With the shortage of water resources and water supply enterprises to improve efficiency, energy-saving emission reduction, water supply and production problems have been gradually receiving attention. In order to promote the standardization, refinement and institutionalization of meter management and effectively reduce the production and sales, Shunde Water Supply adopted a sub-block mode to implement system management of about 320,000 meters in Wuzhen Township. The modes are divided into two categories, namely, regional flow Block management mode and residential water meter block management mode, to achieve pressure management, production and marketing poor control, improve the water meter files.
