试验采用玉米秸秆纤维素取代纤维素醚,着重分析了玉米秸秆纤维素对砌筑砂浆性能的影响。试验结果表明:利用10%~40%玉米秸秆纤维素取代纤维素醚可以提高砂浆保水率、抗压强度,改善砂浆抗冻融性能,但是随着取代比例增加,砂浆凝结时间有所缩短,2h稠度损失率和表观密度会逐渐增加。微观测试表明复合掺加玉米秸秆纤维素和纤维素醚砂浆硬化体结构更为致密,孔隙率较低,水化凝胶分布均匀,结晶较大的Ca(OH)2较少。
The experiment uses corn stalk cellulose instead of cellulose ether, and analyzes the influence of corn stalk cellulose on the performance of masonry mortar. The results showed that the use of 10% ~ 40% corn stalk cellulose instead of cellulose ether can improve the water retention rate and compressive strength of mortar, and improve the freeze-thaw resistance of mortar.
