研究了落叶松预水解硫酸盐法浆氧脱木素O1/O2和四段D0EopD1D2漂白及对浆粕性能的影响,并对漂白过程产生的AOX量进行了分析。结果表明,O1段较佳的NaOH用量为2.5%,D0段较佳ClO2用量为2.5%;D2段ClO2用量为1.5%。在优化条件下制取得到具有优良化学特性的粘胶纤维用溶解浆粕,其反应性能为80.2s,,聚合度为558.7,白度为87.0%ISO,甲纤含量为93.1%,聚戊糖含量为2.34%。此外,漂白产生的AOX总量为1.02kg/t浆。
The effects of pre-hydrolyzed kraft lignin oxygen delignification O1 / O2 and four-stage D0EopD1D2 on the properties of pulp were studied, and the amount of AOX generated during the bleaching process was analyzed.
