20MnSi 带肋钢筋进行拉伸和冷弯试验时,有σ_s 不明显和脆断现象发生。金相显微组织检查发现,有粒状贝氏体存在,这是导致σ_s不明显和脆断的根源。而粒状贝氏体的形成主要取决于钢的化学成分,尤其与 Mn 含量偏高(>1.6%)及残留元素 Mo 含量有着密切联系,也与轧制时的加热温度和冷却速度有关。因此,必须严格控制20MnSi 钢中的残留元素含量和 Mn 偏析,严格轧制工艺。
When 20MnSi ribbed steel bar is stretched and cold-bent, σ_s is not obvious and brittle fracture occurs. Metallographic examination revealed the presence of granular bainite, which is the source of the unidentified and brittle fracture of σ_s. The formation of granular bainite depends mainly on the chemical composition of the steel, especially with high Mn content (> 1.6%) and the residual elemental Mo content is closely related to the rolling temperature and cooling rate. Therefore, we must strictly control the residual element content of 20MnSi steel and Mn segregation, strict rolling process.
