语文课作为中职教育的一门必修课,既是落实素质教育的需要,同时也是开展心理素质教育的重要途径。开设这门课,既有助于培养中职学生的交际能力,又能培养学生的创新能力。本文主要从加强作风建设,改革考核办法;引进人性化竞争机制,采用多媒体教学;加强交流,拓宽语文教师来源三方面对中职院校教师素质和语文教学质量之间的关系进行研究分析。
As a compulsory course of secondary vocational education, Chinese class is not only the need to implement quality education, but also an important way to carry out psychological quality education. Offering this course not only helps to cultivate the communicative competence of vocational students, but also cultivates the students’ innovative ability. This article mainly studies and analyzes the relationship between teachers’ qualities and language teaching quality in vocational colleges from three aspects: strengthening style construction and reforming assessment methods; introducing humanized competition mechanism, adopting multimedia teaching; enhancing communication and broadening the source of Chinese teachers.
