Nicardipine is a new dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker that selectively acts on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This article mainly gives a brief overview of its pharmacokinetics, the mechanism of cerebral vascular microcirculation, pharmacology and clinical use and adverse reactions.
