在卡规磨削及研磨两测量面的工序中,常用游标卡尺或内径千分尺测量,以保证加工留量。但由于前者精度低,后者没有测力装置,靠操作者掌握测力的大小,因而加工留量不一,致使检定者与制造者常常发生矛盾。为了解决卡规制造中的测量问题,我们研制成功了内测量仪。内测量仪是用废游标卡尺改制的。如图所示:
