研究了高空条件对不同品系满江红孢子果诱变的效应 ,结果表明 :高空处理对不同品系满江红孢子果的萌发率有明显的影响 ,但未出现遗传变异的突变体。经生育期观察 ,高空处理的 19号满江红品系生长速率明显提高 ,且表现出一定的耐荫性。可望利用高空诱变作为满江红品种改良的有效手段
The effects of altitude on the mutagenesis of spores of Rhizosphere of Rhizosphere were studied. The results showed that the effects of altitude manipulation on the germination rate of spores of Rhizomucidil were observed obviously, but no mutants were found. The observation of growth period showed that the growth rate of Manjianghong No. 19 at altitude was significantly increased and showed some shade tolerance. It is expected that the use of altitude mutagenesis as an effective means of improvement of Manjianghong variety
