培训期间,参加培训的国际学员广泛交流了应急管理经验。学员们通过大量的影像、文字的资料,介绍本国的应急管理现状以及以后的发展方向。萨拉赫·穆巴拉克(巴林):本次培训印象最深的是了解和学习了如何利用高科技的方法预警和监测自然灾害风险。对于巴林来说,我们为了提高灾害应急管理水平,准备从几个方面着手:首先,开展国家性的风险评估;其次,对现今的法规进行评价整理;第三,提高应急管理人员以及装备的专业水平,使之能够处理各类突发事件。
