1975—1976年我们在马尾松针叶上发现并分离到Bacillus cereus和Pseudomonas sp菌株,经试验发现这两株菌不仅对马尾松赤落叶病(Hypoderma desmazierii)有一定的防治效果,而且对泡桐炭疽病(Colletotrichum kawakamii)等多种病菌孢子也有消解作用。因此,1984—1985年我们利用这两个菌株进行了泡桐苗期炭疽病的田间防治试验。一、材料与方法供试抗生细菌系用组织分离法从新鲜马尾松针叶上分离,并加以纯化而得到的。假单胞杆菌(代号P751)主要形态特征为:G_-~v,杆状,单个,大小0.5—0.6×1微米。皿上菌落圆形,表面光滑,凸起,边缘整齐,乳白色,半透明,菌落大小1—1.5毫米。斜面培养菌落
From 1975 to 1976, we found and isolated Bacillus cereus and Pseudomonas sp strains on Pinus massoniana needles, and found that the two strains not only had some control effects on Hypoderma desmazierii, (Colletotrichum kawakamii) and other bacteria spores also digestion. Therefore, from 1984 to 1985, we used these two strains to carry out field control experiments on the anthracnose of Paulownia seedling.
