利用铜模吸铸法制备了直径为3mm的(Cu50Zr42Al8)98(Cr2Ni)2块状非晶合金圆棒。在拴-盘磨擦试验机上对该非晶合金的磨擦磨损性能作了测试,得出,在滑动速度增大的过程中,其磨损机理由轻微摩损向严重磨损转变,在滑动速度低于1.0m/s下,该非晶合金表现出良好的耐磨性。
A (Cu50Zr42Al8) 98 (Cr2Ni) 2 bulk amorphous alloy rod with a diameter of 3mm was prepared by copper mold suction casting. The friction and wear properties of the amorphous alloy were tested on a tying-disc friction tester. It was found that the wear mechanism of the amorphous alloy changed from slight to severe wear in the process of increasing the sliding speed. When the sliding speed was lower than 1.0 m / s, the amorphous alloy showed good wear resistance.
