Most of the energy that causes coal and gas outburst is the potential of compressed gas [1,2,3,4]. Therefore, to understand the basic law of gas dynamics in porous media of coal seam and surrounding rock is of great significance for understanding salient mechanism and determining precautionary measures. In various published articles and official documents, the prominent risk of coal seam by gas factor is only based on the gas pressure in the coal seam. And that the smaller the gas pressure, coal and gas out of the possibility of the smaller, the other hand, the greater the gas pressure, the greater the likelihood of highlighting the phenomenon.
