创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是社会发展的不竭动力,培养创新式人才,是时代赋予教育工作者义不容辞的责任,是实施素质教育的重要任务之一。教育是培养创新精神和创造性人才的摇篮,这就要求教师在教学中,不断进行教学创新,最大限度地挖掘学生创新潜能,引导他们主动探究问题的。综合中外学生差异和能力区别,中国学生学习刻苦,知识牢固,但动手能力差,创新精神明显不足,而美国学生动手能力、创新精神明显高于我们。究其原因,是我们过去教育重知识而轻能力,重结果轻过程,学生负担过重,磨灭了学生对数学的兴趣,题海战术抹杀了创造性思维,使学生始终处于机械被动学习之中。
Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress and an inexhaustible motive force for social development. Cultivating innovative talents is an unshirkable responsibility entrusted to educators by the times and one of the important tasks of implementing quality education. Education is the cradle of cultivating innovative spirit and creative talent, which requires teachers in teaching, teaching innovation constantly, to maximize students’ innovative potential, and guide them to take the initiative to explore the issue. Based on the differences between Chinese and foreign students and their abilities, Chinese students study hard and have solid knowledge. However, their ability to practice is poor and their innovative spirit is obviously inadequate. However, American students’ abilities and innovative spirit are obviously higher than ours. The reason is that in the past we educated the knowledge and the light ability, the result of the light process, the students overburdened, obliterated the students’ interest in mathematics. The sea tactics denied creative thinking, so that students are always in mechanical passive learning.
