(1)品种来源早熟M820型大豆是黑龙江省哈尔滨市太平区东风镇红利村张云鹤,选用美国早熟高产大豆M—803型作父本,国内黄脐早熟密王12型大豆作母本,经混系杂交,连续单株选育而成。
