商标是贸易过程中用以识别特定商品的一种标志。商标经过注册,在商品经济高度发达的社会里,商标权的使用受到法律保护,并变成一种财产,可以转让,可以买卖。在国际上都把商标权作为一项重要的工业产权,这种工业产权不仅本身具有价值而且随着商品生产的技术进步和经营管理水平的提高,还会增加新的价值。企业创立一个商标权,特别是创立一个名牌商标权,那就意味着拥有一笔巨大的财富。
Trademarks are a kind of sign used to identify specific products in the trade. After the trademark has been registered, in the highly developed economy of the commodity economy, the use of the trademark right is protected by law and becomes a property that can be transferred and traded. In the international community, trademark rights are regarded as an important industrial property right. This industrial property right not only has its own value but also adds new value along with the technological advancement of commodity production and the improvement of business management level.
