通过对AZ31镁合金板材进行正常和差速轧制,研究了差速轧制对镁合金板材成形性能的影响。结果表明:与正常轧制相比,差速轧制板材的屈服强度降低,断裂伸长率提高,塑性应变比降低而硬化系数值提高。同时板材杯突值增大,能够成功地成形出拉深筒形试件。通过差速轧制,筒形件厚度变化达到最小,肩部和筒壁厚度变化与正常轧制相比得到减缓。
The effects of differential rolling on the formability of magnesium alloy sheet were investigated by normal and differential rolling of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet. The results show that, compared with normal rolling, the yield strength decreases, the elongation at break increases, the plastic strain ratio decreases and the hardening coefficient increases. At the same time, the protruding value of the plate cup is increased, which can successfully form the drawn deep cylindrical test piece. Through the differential rolling, the variation of the thickness of the cylindrical part is minimized, the variation of the thickness of the shoulder and the cylindrical wall is slowed down compared with the normal rolling.
