建立了高效液相色谱法测定不同食品用包装纸中的甲醛和乙醛含量的分析方法.样品萃取溶液通过2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)衍生化后,以乙腈-水作为流动相,在Agilent ZOBAX SB-C18(5μm,Ф4.6 mm×250mm)色谱柱上分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,甲醛-DNPH、乙醛-DNPH的检测波长分别为352,360 nm,2种目标化合物在8.5 min内即可完全分离.甲醛、乙醛在标准曲线质量范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r2均大于0.999 9),其检出限分别为0.003,0.005 mg/kg,定量限分别为0.010、0.015 mg/kg,低中高3个质量分数的加标回收率分别在97.5%~102.3%,94.5%~98.3%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5.0%.该方法操作简便、重现性好、结果准确可靠,运用该方法能快速分析测定食品用包装纸中甲醛与乙醛的含量.
