在企业决策、制订计划、产品定位、市场营销过程中,如何为把握方向、定好方案提供依据,让企业成为市场竞争中的赢家,及时、充分地利用好国际专业信息资源极为重要。为此,中国技术进出口总公司与美国 Dialog 公司合作在中国信息协会和信息产业部科技交流中心的支持下,在以下各协办单位的协作下,定于2001年6月15日～17日在北京举办“2001年国际信息资源利用与分析论坛会”。会议宗旨:本会议旨在宣传信息应用的实际意义。例如利用搜集全面可靠的信息做依据,筛选后经科学的分析,系统地研究企业发展计划和制定实施方案。一个企业家如同一个指挥官,纵有千军万马,如果作战方案是错误的就可能全军覆没。
