自1987年以来,我们应用较大剂量维生素B_(12)作疼痛神经干封闭加板击点部位注射,作为综合治疗原发性三叉神经痛的主要药物与手段。取得了较显著疗效,现将追踪随访的36例总结如下。
Since 1987, we use a larger dose of vitamin B_ (12) for injection of painful neural stem closure and platelet injection as the primary drug and method for the comprehensive treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Obtained a more significant effect, the follow-up of 36 cases are summarized below.
