稳燃腔煤粉燃烧器是在钝体燃烧器基础上提出的一种新型燃烧器。它将钝体罩在稳燃腔中,利用腔壁消除了钝体上下两端的不合理的气流卷吸,从而使回流强度得到了很大提高。本文通过冷态空气动力场式验,研究了稳燃腔的几何形状和尺寸对气流特性的影响,并在试验炉上研究了这种燃烧器的燃烧特性。结果发现,由于稳然腔煤粉燃烧器具有较长的回流区和较大的质量回流率,使得它比钝体燃烧器具有更好的稳燃效果。
Stable combustion chamber pulverized coal burner is a new burner based on the bluff body burner. It shields the bluff body in the stable combustion chamber, and utilizes the cavity wall to eliminate the irrational entrainment of the upper and lower ends of the bluff body so that the reflux intensity is greatly improved. In this paper, through the cold aerodynamic field test, the influence of the stable combustion chamber geometry and size on the gas flow characteristics was studied. The combustion characteristics of the burner were studied on the test furnace. The results show that, due to the steady cavity pulverized coal burner has a longer reflux zone and a greater mass reflux rate, making it better than the bluff body burner has a stable combustion effect.
