在现阶段高职类机电专业的教学中,传统的教学模式已经不能完全有效地适应当前的教育教学发展规律,此时教学模式改革已显得尤为重要。基于此,就现代学徒制的内涵和特征加以阐述,然后就现代学徒制对机电专业教学的作用发挥和教学组织进行详细分析,对现代学徒制在机电专业教学中的优化策略加以探究,希望借此理论研究提升机电专业的教学水平。 In the current high vocational electromechanical teaching, the traditional teaching model can not completely and effectively adapt to the current law of education and teaching, and the reform of the teaching mode has become more and more important. Based on this, the connotation and characteristics of modern apprenticeship are expounded. Then, the modern apprenticeship is given a detailed analysis of the role played by the apprenticeship in the teaching of electromechanical specialty and the teaching organization, and the optimization tactics of modern apprenticeship in the teaching of electromechanical specialty are explored. This theoretical study enhances the teaching level of electromechanical specialty.
