改革开放以来,私营企业(含乡镇企业)如雨后春笋般地发展起来。私企老板大多具有一定的专业知识,他们在经营上奋力拚搏,为国民经济的发展做出了巨大的贡献。但是不少私企老板都有一个共同的不足之处,即不了解企业内部如何进行管理的基本知识,致使企业管理十分混乱,这也给会计工作造成了极大困难。笔者退休8年来,曾先后在许多地方打工,耳闻目睹不少企业,尤其是中小型私企管理混乱的真实情况。本文将提出私企管理中几个发人深思的问题,并举例供大家思考与讨论。 Since the reform and opening up, private enterprises (including township and village enterprises) have mushroomed. Most of the private-owned employers have some professional knowledge and work hard to make great contributions to the development of the national economy. However, many private-owned employers all share a common weakness, that is, they do not understand the basic knowledge of how to conduct internal management in an enterprise. As a result, the management of the enterprise is very chaotic. This has also caused great difficulties in accounting work. I retired eight years ago, has worked in many places, I heard a lot of businesses, especially small and medium-sized private management chaos real situation.
