为了进一步探索企业改革新路子,建立适应市场经济的企业新体制,从根本上搞活国有大中型企业,省委、省府在成都、自贡、绵阳、德阳、乐山、内江六市的化工、机械、电子、轻工、冶金等行业中选择的20户国有大中型工业企业和2户商贸企业,开展探索建立新体制的试验。据统计,去年1至11月份,20户工业试验企业完成工业总产值23.2亿元,实现销售收入20.12亿元,实现利税30216万元,比上年同期分别增长16.39%、25.79%、29.56%,其生产增长速度高于全省地方预算内国有工业企业的平均增长速度。亏损数年的试验企业内江糖厂已实现扭亏。
