The judiciary is an important functional department for fighting corruption and building a clean government. It is a specialized law enforcement organ that punishes corrupt elements and plays an irreplaceable and important role in the fight against corruption. National judicial organs are both an important anti-corruption force and a key anti-corruption component. In deepening the study and implementation of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and promoting the building of a clean and honest government and the fight against corruption, the judiciary must adhere to the principle of “fighting both corruption and building a clean government” and efforts to eliminate it in the judicial field
